Step 2: Locate the General Electric – Hotpoint – RCA Sears Kenmore AC/DC Condenser fan motor. Most units have the motor located in the upper right-hand corner, closest to the front of the unit.

Step 3: Remove any screws that are holding the motor in place.

Step 4: Disconnect the electrical wiring to the motor carefully, taking note of how it was connected.
