Step 2 – Carefully remove the upper panel of the washer by unscrewing the two screws located at the top edge of the back panel.

Step 3 – Remove the lower front panel of the washer. This will expose the actuator lid.

Step 4 – Disconnect the wire harness from the actuator lid.

Step 5 – Use a flat head screwdriver to remove the plastic cover from the actuator lid.

Step 6 – Remove the three screws that are holding the actuator lid in place.

Step 7 – Carefully remove the old actuator lid and replace it with the new one.

Step 8 – Secure the new actuator lid with the three screws.

Step 9 – Reattach the wire harness to the actuator lid.

Step 10 – Replace the plastic cover on the actuator lid.

Step 11 – Replace the lower and the upper panels of the washer.

Step 12 – Plug the washer back into the power source.
