2. Remove the existing knob by pushing in on the metal retaining clip on the shaft of the knob, pulling out, and then lifting off.
3. Insert the new GE WB03K10265 KNOB ASSEMBLY onto the shaft and secure it with the metal retaining clip.
4. Plug the stovetop back into the power source.
