To ensure your safety, unplug your appliance from its power source before beginning the repair process.

Step 2: Remove the Knob
Remove the broken knob from the control panel by using a pair of pliers to gently pull it away from the shaft.

Step 3: Install the Replacement Knob
Install the new knob onto the shaft of the control panel. It should fit snugly without requiring any force.

Step 4: Test the Knob
Test the replacement knob by turning the shaft and checking that the setting changes accordingly.

Step 5: Replace Any Screws
If the panel was secured by screws, replace them now to ensure that the knob stays in place.

Step 6: Plug In Your Appliance
Once all testing is complete, plug your appliance back in and turn it on to verify that the knob functions correctly.
