Step 2: Remove the dryer’s top panel and locate the two drum-bearing slides.

Step 3: Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the two screws that are securing the old bearing slide.

Step 4: Carefully remove the old bearing slide, making sure not to damage any of the electrical wires connected to it.

Step 5: Install the new WE3M51 GE Drum Bearing Slide, making sure that the electrical wires are correctly connected.

Step 6: Secure the new bearing slide with the two screws you removed in Step 3.

Step 7: Place the top panel back onto the dryer and plug the appliance back into the wall outlet.
