You will need to have the following tools on hand:
– Phillips head screwdriver
– Flathead screwdriver

Instructions
1. Unplug the dryer and move it away from the wall to gain access to the back panel.

2. Remove the screws on the back panel using the Phillips head screwdriver.

3. Pull the back panel off and set it aside.

4. Locate the diffuser and remove the screws that hold it in place with the Phillips head screwdriver.

5. Disconnect the wires from the diffuser, taking note of where they were connected.

6. Remove the old diffuser from the dryer and set aside.

7. Insert the new diffuser into the slot in the dryer and secure it using the screws you removed earlier.

8. Reattach the wires to the new diffuser, making sure they are connected in the same places as before.

9. Replace the back panel and secure it with the screws.

10. Plug the dryer back in and move it back into position.
