1. Shut off the power to the dryer before conducting any repairs.

2. Disconnect the dryer from the power supply before beginning any work.

3. Remove the screws securing the back cover of the dryer.

4. Carefully remove the back cover and access the drum and blower wheel.

5. Disconnect the belt tensioner, blower wheel, and drum from the dryer.

6. Slide out the old bearing top assembly.

7. Insert the new GE WE03X25576 bearing top assembly into the dryer.

8. Replace the blower wheel, belt tensioner, and drum onto the dryer.

9. Reattach the back cover using the screws removed earlier.
