GE RANGE ELECTRODES AND HARNESS H.V – WB18X26980

Electrodes and harness h.v works with some GE, and Hotpoint models of stoves / ovens / ranges. Replacing the WB18X26980 GE Range Electrodes and Harness H.V

1. Unplug your range from the wall outlet.

2. Remove the screws and remove the oven door.

3. Lift out the burner grates and burner caps, and set them aside in a safe place.

4. Locate and remove the three screws that secure the electrode leads to the back panel.

5. Disconnect the colored leads of the electrode from the back panel and pull out the electrode assembly.

6. Pull out the existing harness HV assembly and disconnect the colored leads from the plug.

7. Install the new harness HV assembly by connecting the colored leads to the plug and securing it to the back panel with the three screws.

8. Install the new electrodes and connect the colored leads to the back panel, then secure with the three screws.

9. Place the burner grates and burner caps back in their places.

10. Replace and secure the oven door.

11. Plug the oven back into the wall outlet.
