SAMSUNG SWITCH HARNESS KIT – DE81-07174A

This guide will show you how to replace your Samsung DE81-07174A SVC-SWITCH HARNESS KIT. This kit is used to connect the control board to the touchpad on Samsung refrigerator models.

Tools Needed:
-Phillips screwdriver
-Flathead screwdriver
-Gloves
-Pliers

Step 1: Unplug the fridge from the wall before beginning any work.

Step 2: Remove the four screws that secure the user interface panel to the cabinet. Carefully lift the panel up to remove it.

Step 3: Unplug the harness wires from the back of the control board and the touchpad panel.

Step 4: Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the three screws securing the old SVC-SWITCH HARNESS KIT. Carefully lift the harness out of the back of the refrigerator.

Step 5: Connect the new SVC-SWITCH HARNESS KIT to the control board and the touchpad panel. Secure the harness in place with the three screws.

Step 6: Place the user interface panel back into place and secure it with the four screws.

Step 7: Plug the refrigerator back into the wall outlet and turn it back on. Your Samsung DE81-07174A SVC-SWITCH HARNESS KIT has been successfully replaced!
