SPEED QUEEN CYLINDER GLIDE BRACKET – D510145

Drum glide bracket kit works with some Speed Queen, and Amana models of clothes dryers. Replacing the Speed Queen D510145 BRACKET,CYLINDER GLIDE 41872

1. Before you start, make sure that the machine is disconnected from both the outlet and the water supply.

2. Place a cloth or towel on the floor underneath the machine, in order to catch any debris and screws that may fall while you are working.

3. Use a pair of pliers to remove the screws that hold the cylinder guide in place.

4. Place them in a secure place until you need them later.

5. Take the old cylinder guide away and discard it.

6. Take the new Speed Queen D510145 BRACKET,CYLINDER GLIDE 41872 out of its packaging and replace it into the machine.

7. Secure it in place with the screws you took out earlier.

8. Turn the water supply on and plug the machine back into the outlet.

9. Turn the machine on and check to make sure that the cylinder guide is secured correctly.

10. Finally, take a damp cloth and wipe away any excess debris or dirt from around the cylinder guide, ensuring that it is clean and secure.
