You will need a new Speed Queen D515681 WINDOW- DOOR DRYER GLASS, Phillips head screwdriver, and a putty knife.

Step 2: Unplug the dryer from the wall. Safety is of the utmost importance so be sure to unplug the cord from the electrical outlet before you begin working on the appliance.

Step 3: Remove the screws from the back of the dryer. Place the Phillips head screwdriver into the slots and rotate counterclockwise to unscrew the screws. Set the screws aside in a safe place.

Step 4: Carefully remove the old window glass. Gently pry around the edges with the putty knife and carefully pull the glass out of the frame.

Step 5: Insert the new window glass. Place the new dryer glass into position and press firmly until it seats securely.

Step 6: Replace the screws. Line up the slots in the back panel with the screws. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to tighten the screws.

Step 7: Check for secure mounting. Make sure the glass is secure in the frame and check for any loose screws.
