Before beginning any repairs, make sure to disconnect your appliance from all sources of power.

Materials Needed:

-Phillips head screwdriver

-Flathead screwdriver

-New EAU59551204 LG Refrigerator Dispenser Motor

Instructions:

1. Open the refrigerator door, and remove the screws that attach the dispenser cover to the dispenser.

2. Carefully remove the cover, being mindful of the wires connected to it.

3. Locate the motor on the back of the dispenser. It should look like a small black motor with a few wires attached to it.

4. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to unscrew the mounting screws on either side of the motor.

5. Carefully pull the motor out of the dispenser.

6. Disconnect the wires from the old motor.

7. Connect the wires to the new motor.

8. Install the new motor in the same way the old one was installed.

9. Replace the cover and screws.

10. Reconnect your appliance to its power source and test to make sure the dispenser is working properly.
