Tools Needed:

-Phillips head screwdriver

-Flathead screwdriver
-Wire cutters
-Water inlet fill valve (MJX41178908)

Instructions:

1. Unplug the refrigerator from the electrical outlet and turn off the water supply to the refrigerator.

2. Remove the screws that hold the cover on the back of the refrigerator to access the water inlet fill valve.

3. Disconnect the inlet hose from the old valve and remove the valve.

4. Cut the wires leading to the old valve with the wire cutters.

5. Fit the new valve into place and reattach the inlet hose.

6. Secure the new valve with the screws removed in Step 2.

7. Connect the wiring harness from the new valve to the refrigerator wiring harness.

8. Turn on the water supply to the refrigerator and plug it back in.

9. Test the new valve by manually powering it on and off to ensure it is working properly.

10. Finally, replace the cover on the back of the refrigerator and secure it with the screws.
