1. Start by gathering the necessary tools for the job. You will need a Phillips screwdriver and an appropriate size replacement support handle.

2. Unplug the refrigerator from the wall outlet or power source before beginning any repairs.

3. Open the refrigerator door and locate the left support handle screws. They should be in the top corners of the door.

4. Use the Phillips screwdriver to loosen and remove the two screws that connect the left support handle to the refrigerator door.
