Step 1: Unplug the dishwasher from the wall and remove the screws from the inner panel of the dishwasher to open the unit.

Step 2: Remove the interior panel of the dishwasher to gain access to the latch assembly.

Step 3: Disconnect the wiring harness from the latch assembly and release the retaining clips that hold it in place.

Step 4: Remove the old latch assembly and discard it.

Step 5: Install the new Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Latch Assembly (left hand), match the wiring harness, and secure it with the retaining clips.
