Step 2: To access the electrical control, remove the screws located at the rear of the frame that hold the frame in place.

Step 3: Once the screws are removed, carefully slide the frame out from the back of the fridge.

Step 4: Locate the electrical control panel on the side of the refrigerator and remove the screws that secure it into place.

Step 5: Carefully pull out the old electrical control to reveal the wiring connections.

Step 6: Disconnect the wiring from the old electrical control and discard the part.

Step 7: Attach new wiring to the new part, connect the new electrical control, and secure it into place.

Step 8: Reattach the frame to the back of the refrigerator, plug in the appliance, and turn it on to test the new electrical control.
