Replacing a broken drawer in a Frigidaire refrigerator can be a daunting task. However, with the right tools and materials, you can complete this DIY project with ease. Follow the instructions below to replace your Frigidaire 316408706 drawer successfully.

Materials Needed:

• Phillips Screwdriver

• Flathead Screwdriver

• New Frigidaire 316408706 drawer

Instructions:

Step 1: Unplug the Frigidaire refrigerator from the wall outlet. This is an important step as it will ensure your safety throughout the entire process.

Step 2: Remove any food or other items that are stored in the fridge. This will reduce the chances of them getting damaged during the process.

Step 3: Locate the screws that secure the top part of the drawer. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove these screws and set them aside.

Step 4: Lift the top part of the drawer off and set it aside. You may need to use a flathead screwdriver to help pry the drawer off if it is stuck.

Step 5: Reach inside the cavity where the drawer was and locate the bolts that secure the drawer to the inside of the fridge. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove these bolts and set them aside.

Step 6: Pull out the old drawer and discard it.

Step 7: Place the new Frigidaire 316408706 drawer into the cavity in the fridge.

Step 8: Secure the new drawer to the inside of the fridge with the bolts that you removed earlier.

Step 9: Replace the top part of the drawer and secure it in place with the screws that you removed earlier.
