Step 1: Unplug the refrigerator from the power outlet and turn off the water supply to the unit, if applicable.

Step 2: Locate the blade on the refrigerator. It is usually located in the back of the unit behind the crisper drawers.

Step 3: Carefully remove the old blade by pushing in on the retaining clip and pulling out the blade.

Step 4: Insert the new Frigidaire 241684109 blade into the same spot. Make sure the blade is properly aligned with the retaining clip.

Step 5: Push the blade in until it clicks into place.
