Step 2: Remove the outer panel from the fridge. Depending on your model, you will either need to unscrew the screws from the back of the fridge or top of the fridge.

Step 3: Locate and unscrew the adjustment knob. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to loosen the screws.

Step 4: Pull the adjustment knob off the stem of the valve.

Step 5: Install the new Frigidaire 808092538 ADJUSTMENT KNOB. Align the stem on the knob with the stem on the valve.

Step 6: Secure the knob in place by screwing it onto the stem of the valve.

Step 7: Replace the outer panel of the fridge and plug it back into the wall outlet.

Step 8: Turn on the power to the refrigerator and adjust the setting with the new knob.
