3. Carefully lift agitator up and out of the washing machine.

4. Take the old agitator assembly off and locate the plastic part labeled “WH43X30957” (this is the agitator dog).

5. Remove the plastic part by loosening the screws that hold it in place.

6. Place the new agitator dog in its place and tighten the screws.

7. Reassemble the agitator assembly onto the washing machine.

8. Tighten the bolts to securely place the agitator in its place.

9. Plug the power cord into the power outlet, reattach any hoses, and close the washing machine lid.

10. Test to ensure the agitator is working properly.
