Begin by gathering the necessary tools and materials for replacing the GE WD21X26947 Configured Service UI Controller. You’ll need a flathead screwdriver, a Phillips-head screwdriver, and a new GE WD21X26947 controller.

2. Turn off the power to the unit before beginning any work.

3. Locate the old service UI controller on the back of the unit. It will be attached with two screws.

4. Use the flathead screwdriver to remove the screws and take out the old service UI controller.

5. Take the new GE WD21X26947 controller and attach it to the unit using the two screws that were removed from the old controller.

6. Plug the new controller into the electrical outlet that was connected to the old controller.

7. Turn on the power to the unit and check to make sure the new controller is functioning properly.
