Tub gasket works with some GE, and Hotpoint models of dishwashers. 1. Unplug the dishwasher from the power source before attempting any repairs.
2. Open up the access panel on the bottom of your dishwasher. You may need to remove screws to do this.
3. Locate the existing tub gasket and carefully remove it.
4. Install the new WD08X22095 GE Dishwasher Tub Gasket by guiding each side of the gasket into the slots in the dishwasher tub.
5. Once the gasket is installed, secure it with the provided screws and/or clips.
6. Close the access panel and plug in the dishwasher. Make sure that the gasket is securely in place before running a cycle.
7. Test the dishwasher and ensure that the tub gasket works properly.
