2. Remove the back panel of the appliance and disconnect the two-wire connector from the existing water valve.

3. Remove the bracket that holds the water valve in place.

4. Install the new GE WD15X26140 Water Valve and Harness.

5. Reconnect the two-wire connector to the new water valve.

6. Reinstall the bracket and secure it with the screws.

7. Turn on the water supply and restore power to the appliance.

8. Test the new water valve and harness by running a cycle.
