Rack support works with some GE, and Hotpoint models of microwaves. 1. Make sure your microwave is unplugged, and the power source to your microwave has been turned off.
2. Remove all dishes and trays from the microwave cavity.
3. Open the door to the microwave.
4. Loosen the two screws that attach the rack support to the side walls of your microwave.
5. Pull gently on the support rack to disassemble it from the other microwave components.
6. Take the new WB02X27051 GE Microwave Rack Support and slide it into place.
7. Firmly secure the support rack by tightening the two screws.
8. Re-insert the microwave trays and dishes.
9. Plug the power source into your microwave and turn it back on.
