2. Take off the dishwasher’s front panel, which is held with screws around the perimeter.

3. Remove the upper mounting screws that secure the dishwasher to the countertop bracket.

4. Carefully lift the dishwasher OFF the top of the countertop bracket.

5. Use a screwdriver to loosen the mounting screws on the old bracket and remove it.

6. Place the new GE WD01X27759 COUNTERTOP BRACKET into position and secure it to the countertop with the provided screws.

7. Set the dishwasher back onto the top of the bracket and use the upper mounting screws to secure the dishwasher to the bracket.

8. Finally, replace the dishwasher’s front panel and turn the power back on at the breaker box.
