Dual radiant element 9″ works with some GE, and Hotpoint models of stoves / ovens / ranges. 1. Unplug the power cord from the power outlet or shut off the circuit breaker.
2. Remove the screws that hold the cooktop in place and carefully remove them from the countertop.
3. Carefully lift the range top to gain access to the element.
4. Unscrew the screws holding the WB30X24111 GE Range Dual Radiant Element 9″ in place and then remove them.
5. Place the new element in the same position as the old one and tighten the screws.
6. Place the cooktop back in its original position and secure it with the screws you removed earlier.
7. Restore power to the range and test the new element by turning it on.
8. Enjoy your new GE Range Dual Radiant Element 9″!
