1. Start by unplugging your washer from the electrical outlet. This will ensure that no current is running through the machine while you replace the back splash assembly.
2. Next, remove the screws and bolts around the perimeter of the back splash.
3. Carefully lift off the back splash and set it aside, making sure not to damage any of the components.
4. Now, take your new WH42X10814 GE Washer BACKSPLASH ASSEMBLY and carefully place it into the opening of your washer.
5. Secure the new back splash assembly with the screws and bolts that were removed previously.
