GE General Electric Hotpoint RCA Sears Kenmore Washer Dryer GRAY KNOB AND CLIP ASSEMBLY WH01X10462We are a Factory Authorized Parts Distributor for General Electric Hotpoint. Trust us for all of your General Electric Hotpoint appliance parts and accessories needs. 1. Unplug the washer/dryer from the wall outlet to ensure safety.
2. Remove the control panel from the front of the washer/dryer by loosening the screws on the front side with a Phillips head screwdriver.
3. Disconnect the two electrical wires connected to the back of the old Gray Knob and Clip Assembly.
4. Gently twist and pull the old Gray Knob and Clip Assembly out from its housing.
5. Insert the new Gray Knob and Clip Assembly into its housing.
6. Connect the two electrical wires to the back of the new Gray Knob and Clip Assembly.
7. Secure the control panel by tightening the screws onto the front of the washer/dryer with a Phillips head screwdriver.
8. Plug the washer/dryer into the wall outlet.
