Hub works with some GE, Hotpoint, and RCA models of washing machines. 1. Begin by unplugging the washer from the wall outlet.
2. Lift the top of the washer and locate the hub kit, which is held in place with two screws.
3. Remove the screws and carefully lift out the old hub kit.
4. Take the new hub kit and fit it into the area from which the old one was removed.
5. Secure the hub kit using the two screws and make sure it is firmly secured.
6. Close the washer lid and plug the washer back into the wall outlet.
7. Turn on the washer and check to ensure that the hub kit works properly.
