Tools Needed:

• Philips head screwdriver

• Flathead screwdriver

• Replacement WH02X10279 GE Washer Locking Clip

Instructions:

1. Unplug your washing machine from the wall socket to disconnect the power.

2. Use a Philips head screwdriver to remove the screws which hold the top cover in place. Lift off the cover and set aside.

3. Find the locking clip on the left side of the washer’s drum, near the back of the machine.

4. Use a flathead screwdriver to carefully pry the old clip off the drum.

5. Take the replacement WH02X10279 GE Washer Locking Clip and slide it into place on the drum. Ensure that the clip is securely fastened.

6. Replace the top cover of the washer and secure with the screws.

7. Plug the washing machine back in and you’re done!
