Trust us for all of your LG Electronics appliance parts and accessories needs. Step 1: Unplug the LG Dishwasher power cord to ensure there is no electricity running to the appliance.

Step 2: Open the door of the dishwasher and locate the circulation pump and motor assembly.

Step 3: Loosen the mounting screws that secure the circulation pump and motor assembly to the dishwasher frame.

Step 4: Disconnect the wiring harness from the pump and motor unit, then remove it from the dishwasher.

Step 5: Place the new LG 4681ED1004B circulation pump and motor assembly in position, attaching the wiring harness in the same manner you removed it from the old unit.

Step 6: Re-secure the new circulation pump and motor assembly in place with the mounting screws.

Step 7: Check the electrical connections and make sure they are properly attached to the new unit.

Step 8: Plug the dishwasher power cord back in.

Step 9: Test the new circulation pump and motor assembly by running a cycle.
