Sheath Heater works with some LG models of Ranges Step-by-Step Instructions on How to Replace an LG Range Sheath Heater (MEE62306405)
1. Unplug the power cord from the outlet and turn off the gas supply to the range.
2. Remove the bottom drawer and shelf below the oven door.
3. Check the wattage of the replacement sheath heater; it should match the original.
4. Unscrew the two holding screws and take out the original sheath heater.
5. Insert the new sheath heater into the slot and screw it in tightly using the two screws taken out.
6. Plug the power cord into the outlet, then turn on the gas supply to the range.
7. Turn on the oven and check the sheath heater to ensure that it is working correctly.
8. Replace the bottom drawer and shelf below the oven door.
