Unplug the washer from its power source and move it away from the wall to access the back. Look for the filter compartment, which is typically located at the lower portion of the machine.

Step 2: Remove the Old Filter

Using a flat-head screwdriver, gently unbolt the filter cover to reveal the filter. Carefully pull out the old filter and discard it.

Step 3: Install the New Filter

Slide in the new filter into the same position as the old one. Re-bolt the filter cover with the same screwdriver.
