Unplug your Frigidaire refrigerator from the power source and remove the glass shelf along with the shelf insert. You will need to purchase a new 241711236 Frigidaire Refrigerator Glass Shelf Insert.

Step 2: Remove the Old Insert
Locate the two tabs on the sides of the insert. Carefully press inward and slide the shelf insert off the rails.

Step 3: Install the New Insert
Fit the new shelf insert onto the rails, making sure that the tabs fit securely in place.

Step 4: Secure the Insert
Lift up on the insert and push down until it clicks into place. This locks the insert in place.

Step 5: Check Position
Check that the insert is sitting evenly and securely on the rails.

Step 6: Reattach the Glass Shelf
Place the glass shelf back on top of the insert, making sure that it is positioned properly and securely.

Step 7: Restore Power
Plug your Frigidaire refrigerator back in to the power source.
