1. Unplug the unit from the wall and turn off the power at the circuit breaker.

2. Disconnect the motor wiring by removing the leads. Remove the mounting screws that hold the motor to the cabinet.

3. Remove the blower wheel. Depending on the model, you may be able to simply unscrew the wheel or you may need to use a pair of pliers.
