Are you looking to upgrade or replace your existing Whirlpool JEA7000ADSA cook top cartridge module? This DIY guide will provide easy-to-follow instructions on how to successfully and safely replace the cartridge module.

Tools & Materials Needed:
1. A #2 Phillips Screwdriver
2. An adjustable wrench
3. A new cartridge module

Step 1: To start, use a #2 Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws from the rear panel of the cook top.

Step 2: With the screws removed, carefully lift the panel away from the unit and set it aside.

Step 3: Once the panel is removed, you will be able to access the cartridge module.

Step 4: Make sure the power is disconnected from the cook top before you begin to work on the cartridge module.

Step 5: With the power off, use an adjustable wrench to disconnect the water supply line from the cartridge module.

Step 6: Disconnect the electrical wires from the cartridge module.

Step 7: Use the adjustable wrench to loosen and remove the nuts that are holding the cartridge module in place.

Step 8: With the nuts removed, carefully pull out the old cartridge and discard it.

Step 9: Take the new cartridge module and place it into the opening.

Step 10: Re-attach the nuts and secure the cartridge to the unit.

Step 11: Reconnect the electrical wires to the cartridge module.

Step 12: Reconnect the water supply line to the cartridge.

Step 13: Replace the rear panel by lining up the screws and tightening them with the #2 Phillips screwdriver.

Step 14: Turn the power back on and test the unit to make sure it is working properly.
