The main power switch is usually located under the oven or near the top of the back panel.<\/p>\n
2. Locate and remove the oven temperature sensor. It should be located in the back of the oven, near the top.<\/p>\n
3. Once you have located the sensor, disconnect it by carefully removing the mounting screws. Keep track of the screws so you can replace them later.<\/p>\n
4. Carefully remove the sensor from the oven.<\/p>\n
5. Clean out the area where the old sensor was located to make sure there is no lingering residue from the old unit.<\/p>\n
6. Insert the new Frigidaire 316490000 range oven temperature sensor into place and secure it with the screws you removed in Step 3.<\/p>\n
7. Connect the wires that were disconnected from the old sensor to the corresponding terminals on the new sensor. Make sure all connections are secure and insulated.<\/p>\n
