Disconnect the power to the dishwasher before beginning repairs.<\/p>\n<p> 2. Remove the screws that secure the top panel of the dishwasher and pull off the panel.<\/p>\n<p> 3. Unscrew the mounting screws that secure the interlock switch to the dishwasher.<\/p>\n<p> 4. Disconnect the two power wires from the old switch and note which color wire is attached to which terminal.<\/p>\n<p> 5. Attach the two power wires to the new switch and secure them with the mounting screws.<\/p>\n<p> 6. Place the top panel back onto the dishwasher and secure it with the screws.<\/p>\n<p> 7. Restore the power to the dishwasher and test the new switch.<\/p>\n<p>Please keep in mind, these instructions are for general guidance and should always be used in conjunction with the manufacturer&#8217;s manual, if available.
