Unplug the fridge from the wall and empty the contents out of the freezer compartment.<\/p>\n<p> 2. Remove the door of the freezer to gain access to the back panel of the fridge.<\/p>\n<p> 3. Locate the shelf support rails near the top of the fridge, and remove the screws that hold it in place.<\/p>\n<p> 4.
