Door switch works with some GE, and Hotpoint models of clothes dryers. Step 1: Unplug the Dryer
Before starting work on your dryer, make sure to unplug it from any power sources. <\/p>\n
Step 2: Remove the Front Panel
To access the door switch, you will need to remove the dryer’s front panel. Turn the two screws located at the bottom corners of the panel counter-clockwise until they come out, then slide the panel up and off the dryer.<\/p>\n
