Tools needed:<\/p>\n

-Philips screwdriver<\/p>\n

-Pliers<\/p>\n

-Wire cutters<\/p>\n

-Wire strippers <\/p>\n

Instructions: <\/p>\n

1. Unplug the appliance from its power source before beginning the repair.<\/p>\n

2. Locate the GE Range Cooktop Burner Receptacle Block Kit (WB17X210).<\/p>\n

3. Remove the screws securing the burner frame and the old receptacle block in place.<\/p>\n

4. Remove the old receptacle block and discard it.<\/p>\n

5. Carefully detach the wires from the old receptacle block.<\/p>\n

6. Detach the wires from the burner frame with a pair of pliers.<\/p>\n

7. Cut the wires to the required length with wire cutters and strip away about an inch of insulation from each end.<\/p>\n

8. Attach the new GE Range Cooktop Burner Receptacle Block Kit (WB17X210) by inserting the stripped ends of the wires into the terminal block.<\/p>\n

9. Secure the new receptacle block with the screws provided. <\/p>\n

10. Reattach the burner frame with the screws you removed earlier.<\/p>\n
