First, unplug the dryer from the wall outlet.<\/p>\n<p> 2. Using a putty knife, carefully pry open the lint filter frame from the dryer by inserting the putty knife between the dryer top and the frame.<\/p>\n<p> 3. Remove the old lint filter from the frame by pressing on the small clips that hold the filter in place.<\/p>\n<p> 4. Insert the new lint filter into the frame. Make sure the small clips are securely fastened onto the frame to keep the filter in place.<\/p>\n<p> 5. Close the lint filter frame by pressing down until it snaps into place.<\/p>\n<p> 6. Plug the dryer back into the wall outlet.<\/p>\n<p> 7.
