Replacing the GE Washer Locking Clip (WH02X10279)<\/p>\n<p> Tools Needed:<\/p>\n<p> \u2022 Philips head screwdriver<\/p>\n<p> \u2022 Flathead screwdriver<\/p>\n<p> \u2022 Replacement WH02X10279 GE Washer Locking Clip<\/p>\n<p> Instructions:<\/p>\n<p> 1. Unplug your washing machine from the wall socket to disconnect the power.<\/p>\n<p> 2. Use a Philips head screwdriver to remove the screws which hold the top cover in place. Lift off the cover and set aside.<\/p>\n<p> 3. Find the locking clip on the left side of the washer&#8217;s drum, near the back of the machine.<\/p>\n<p> 4. Use a flathead screwdriver to carefully pry the old clip off the drum.<\/p>\n<p> 5. Take the replacement WH02X10279 GE Washer Locking Clip and slide it into place on the drum.
