Unplug the refrigerator before beginning the repair.<br \/> 2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws securing the back panel of the refrigerator.<br \/> 3. Gently lift up the back panel and remove it, exposing the condenser fan blade assembly.<br \/> 4. Remove the screws securing the fan blade assembly to the refrigerator with a Phillips screwdriver.<br \/> 5. Carefully pull out the old blade condenser fan assembly and set it aside.<br \/> 6.
