Tools Needed:<\/p>\n

-Phillips head screwdriver<\/p>\n

-Flathead screwdriver
-Wire cutters
-Water inlet fill valve (MJX41178908)<\/p>\n

Instructions: <\/p>\n

1. Unplug the refrigerator from the electrical outlet and turn off the water supply to the refrigerator.<\/p>\n

2. Remove the screws that hold the cover on the back of the refrigerator to access the water inlet fill valve.<\/p>\n

3. Disconnect the inlet hose from the old valve and remove the valve.<\/p>\n

4. Cut the wires leading to the old valve with the wire cutters. <\/p>\n

5. Fit the new valve into place and reattach the inlet hose. <\/p>\n

6. Secure the new valve with the screws removed in Step 2. <\/p>\n

7. Connect the wiring harness from the new valve to the refrigerator wiring harness.<\/p>\n

8. Turn on the water supply to the refrigerator and plug it back in.<\/p>\n

9. Test the new valve by manually powering it on and off to ensure it is working properly. <\/p>\n

10. Finally, replace the cover on the back of the refrigerator and secure it with the screws.<\/p>\n
