Pull out the dishwasher and locate the lower rack wheels. These are usually located beneath the lowest rack.<\/p>\n<p> 4. Remove the old WD28X10284 GE Lower Rack and Roller Assembly by unscrewing the screws that secure it to the dishwasher frame.<\/p>\n<p> 5.
