Unhook the wire press-fit retainer from the panel. Disconnect the wiring from the controller board. Gently pull the lever out of the door.<\/p>\n<p> Step 4: Install the New Auto Close Lever Assembly<\/p>\n<p> Place the new auto close lever into the door. Hook up the wiring to the controller board. Reinstall the wire press-fit retainer. Secure the lever to the door with the two screws.<\/p>\n<p> Step 5: Test the Lever<\/p>\n<p> Test the lever by opening and closing the door a few times, ensuring that it is working properly.<\/p>\n<p> Step 6: Plug in the Refrigerator<\/p>\n<p> Plug the refrigerator back into the power source.<\/p>\n<p>Please keep in mind, these instructions are for general guidance and should always be used in conjunction with the manufacturer&#8217;s manual, if available.
